Prior to launching Sonnier Sourcing Solutions, Zachary spent nearly a decade in Corporate Talent Acquisition and Federal Compliance roles; working for both private and public organizations such as BCBSLA, Republic Finance and AutoZone.

Sonnier Sourcing Solutions is proud to be a family owned and operated business. In addition to her day job leading an IT CloudOps team for a Fortune 250, Kaleigh assists Zachary with operations.
